Yes, all bags are new and no scratches or stress signs are shown when consigning. All bags have been manufactured to the strictest regulations and all stitchings have been inspected and passed.

We do the utmost to match the colours of the original bag; however we take no responsibility on matching the exact colour as this could change between computers and mobile phones image settings. 

No. Unfortunately we cannot do this due to the high demand for these bags and their uniqueness. 

Yes, all bags are insured for loss in freight or damage. A tracking number is provided at first instance. All freights are by Australia Post. If the product hasn't been delivered, we will first check with Australia Post on average this will take 4-5 working days. In the event the product has been received damaged, we will organise to have the product picked up and ones received at our studio it will be inspected. This could take a few days. But we will keep you informed.

First initiation is by email stating your tracking number. You will be directed to a form, which you will need to fill in, and once done we will take it from there.  We will not be able to replace the bag as we sell a one /of each style unless stated.

When purchasing goods from us, please refer to PayPal Privacy Policy as no Transactional cards are maintained by us. The Purchasing Gateway is maintained by Best Enterprises Holdings Pty Ltd (Auscomdigital) Australia as they are also the developers of this web site.
